Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at sbigchoice@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include photos of the item.

Please do not send your return before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider some time to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
